Hero Labradors Halia
The Girl that started it all! Halia was Chuck’s service dog, mother of Polar Bear, and was the foundation bitch for Hero Labradors’ first litters. Sadly, this amazing dog crossed the rainbow bridge in 2022 and waits patiently for Chuck.
Hero Labradors Nani
Nani is our gentle momma—unless another dog is getting close to her newborns! Nani just reminds them of who’s who with a low growl, and even big ol’ Polar Bear backs away! Nani is 24” at the shoulder, and 65 pounds—and has had our largest litter: 12 puppies!
Hero Labradors Rouge
is awaiting her 2nd birthday, so she can get her hips and elbows certified, her eyes examined, and begin making little Labrador potatoes! She is the first of our “second generation” dogs, and a product of our own Nani!
Hero Labradors Polar Bear
Our main stud dog. Polar Bear stands 26” at the shoulder, weighs in at a solid 85 pounds, and has never let us down as a sire. He is strong, smart, and willing to let other dogs do all the work—but one on one, he loves to play, run, and fetch.
Venture’s By the Ocean “Makai”
Makai has been a “guest sire” and is the sire of two or our girls—Hero Labradors Rouge and Hero Labradors Anela. Big, goofy, and gorgeoulsly red—Makai is an excellent addition to our genetic line!
Hero Labradors Sweet Pea
Our first Black Lab, Sweet Pea was donated to us by Goggins Lonestar Farms. She is about 22” at the shoulder, and 65 pounds—depending on her proximity to treats. She can wheedle a treat out of the toughest of trainers!
Hero Labradors Anela
is also awaiting her health clearances on her second birthday. Like Rouge, she is a Makai puppy, although her Dam is Hero Labradors Grace. Anela is also one of our second generation dogs, and will produce light-yellow to almost white pups with our Polar Bear.
Hero Labradors Grace
Our Grace epitomizes a handler-focused attitude. She is ever-playful and will rarely shy away from a game of fetch, and often corrals the other dogs when they act up!
